Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or attending Glam Clash: Bratz vs. Barbie Expo (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participation.

1. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final.
There are no refunds under any circumstances (see Refund Policy).
Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior approval.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

2. Entry Requirements

A valid ticket (digital or printed) is required for entry.
Attendees must be 18+ unless you are attending the children's show.
Attendees must comply with any security and identification checks at the entrance.
Event staff reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who poses a safety risk or violates event policies.

3. Code of Conduct

We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and fabulously. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes:

Verbal abuse
Unwanted physical contact
Offensive costumes or hate speech
Disrespect of staff, performers, vendors, or fellow attendees
Violation may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

4. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Glam Clash reserves the right to use any media for promotional and archival purposes across digital, print, and broadcast channels.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional material, please notify our staff upon check-in.

5. Liability Waiver

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, illness (including communicable diseases), or other incidents.

Glam Clash Expo, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred.

6. Event Changes

Glam Clash Expo reserves the right to modify the event schedule, programming, or location due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to public health advisories, natural disasters, or venue-related issues.

In such cases, we will make all reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders promptly.

7. Donations Clause

If you are unable to attend, your ticket will be considered a donation to the Glam Clash Cause, supporting ethical fashion, inclusive glam, and creative empowerment initiatives. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
